The Village Vault is a digital postpartum support system that provides guided recovery tools, baby tracking, daily check-ins, and emotional support content. It is not a medical service, and nothing in The Village Vault should be considered medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Access to The Village Vault requires a valid access key obtained through purchase. Each access key is single-use and grants lifetime access to one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your access key with others.
The Village Vault is available for a one-time payment that grants lifetime access. Payments are processed by Payhip. Prices are subject to change, but existing customers keep their access regardless of future pricing changes.
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If The Village Vault does not feel supportive for you, email [email protected] within 60 days of purchase and we will make it right. No shaming, no interrogation.
You retain ownership of all content you create in The Village Vault — journal entries, mood logs, baby tracking data, and letters. We do not claim any rights to your personal content. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.
You agree not to misuse our service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the software, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Village Vault is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of content. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. The Village Vault is a support tool, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or emergency services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
